Cocaine discovered inside a consignment of footballs.

Cocaine with a potential value of up to £120,000 has been discovered inside a consignment of footballs. One hundred packets of the drug were found sewn into the lining of five balls from Brazil by customs officers at East Midlands Airport. A total of 650g was recovered and officers said a basic street value of £40,000 could be trebled if it was mixed with other substances. No arrests have been made and investigations continue.
