improving the airports.

Fernando Carpio Cedeno
Fernando Carpio Cedeno, 23, of the Dominican Republic was arrested Monday evening on I-59, allegedly with 8.7 pounds of cocaine. Authorities say its street value is nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
