Charles Bernhardt and Tyronne Greir, are charged with felony drug charges

Charles Bernhardt, 43, of McKean Street in Philadelphia and Tyronne Greir, 38, with no fixed address, are charged with felony drug charges, the degree of which a judge must decide in court, according to court records. District Judge John Kelly sent both men to Bucks County prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 19 in the district court of Joseph Falcone in Bensalem. Monday's bust follows a car stop last month in Bensalem during which police said they recovered $350,000 worth of black tar heroin normally produced in Mexico and $82,000 in cash.That case, against Philadelphia residents Jose Francisco Zacarias Pena, 28, and Giselle Lozada, 25, is pending. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 26.

Francis Salerno, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance

Francis Salerno, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He was arraigned before District Judge Muchael J. Burns and sent to Bucks County prison on $25,000 bail.
Police said they found 13 bags of suspected heroin stamped with the logo “Triple Crown” in green writing, two syringes, a cut-in-half drinking straw and blood-stained cotton swabs.

Charles Shaw,Kelly A. Grasty were charged with delivery of a controlled substance, drug possession

Charles Shaw , 32, and Kelly A. Grasty, 29, were charged with delivery of a controlled substance, drug possession and related charges in the drug deal at a K-Mart parking lot on Route 309, police said.The arrests were made as part of a continuing crackdown on drug dealers by Quakertown police and the state police at Bethlehem vice unit.Police said Shaw and Grasty met an undercover state trooper and police informant at the parking lot Friday and Shaw sold 215 bags of heroin to the informant.Police also found cocaine in the vehicle in which Shaw and Grasy were traveling, police said.Both were arraigned before District Justice Charles Baum in Perkasie and sent to Bucks County Prison under $100,000 bail.
