Frederick Chukwugozie Nzelu was arrested at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport after a narcotics-detecting dog alerted officers to a navy blue bag on a British Airways flight bound for London's Gatwick Airport. Inside the bag, officers found three candles and six talcum-powder containers. Officers found cocaine inside two of the candles and all of the talcum containers, prosecutors said
