Ramiro Sanchez, 56, was arraigned Thursday morning and posted the $2,500 bond. His trial is set for Jan. 10.
Police Detective Sean O'Connell said Sanchez did not resist arrest when they found him lying in his bed at his home at 524 Howland St. around 10 p.m.
During a search of the residence, authorities discovered an 11-unit-dosage of suspected heroin wrapped in tin foil. Also found on the scene was $57 of suspected drug money, suspected morphine tablets and drug paraphernalia. The Toledo Drug Task Force and two K-9 units assisted in the arrest.
