Teenaged hitman who beheaded victims held in Mexico - Hindustan Times: "14-year-old killer, known as the 'boy hitman' and wanted in Mexico for beheading several of his victims, has been arrested. Senior military officials said though they have reports that a person was arrested in Morelos state but were unaware if that individual was Edgar Jimenez Lugo alias 'El Ponchis', the daily Reforma reported.
The daily said Lugo was arrested with two of his sisters at an airport in Xochitepec city. The three were planning to travel to Tijuana and from there to neighbouring San Diego, California.
Lugo is accused of working as an assassin for the South Pacific drug cartel and of decapitating and dismembering his victims."
Bolivia nationalized the company that runs the three largest airports in
Bolivia because the government claims the company did not invest in
improving the airports.
