Cory Randall convicted for possession of methamphetamine

Cory Randall convicted for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver after a one-day trial.Randall, 31, will be sentenced in May but not before Assistant Prosecutor Bill O’Grady presents evidence of Randall’s prior criminal convictions. With a prior 2004 conviction for possession of meth lab components, the maximum penalty for his charge would double to 40 years. But because the state also alleged he had convictions in 1997 in Grayling for possession of a concealed weapon, in Branch County for breaking and entering in 2001, accessory after the fact in a felony in 2003, and the meth lab, the maximum penalty as a four-time felony offender could be life in prison.
