Khun Sontaya , Khun Niroot , Khun Wachara, Khun Chorchtawon ,charged with suspicion of dealing class 5 and class 1 drugs

Police Lieutenant Colonel Boonreut from the Tourist Police Special Investigations Unit from Bangkok conducted an operation on Walking Street in the early hours of Thursday Morning after numerous Tourist complaints had been received regarding individuals offering various narcotics to them on the street. The operation culminated with the arrest of 4 men and the seizure of 17 packets of Marijuana and a small packet of a white powder thought to be Heroin. Khun Sontaya aged 33, Khun Niroot aged 29, Khun Wachara aged 37 and Khun Chorchtawon aged 47 were charged with suspicion of dealing class 5 and class 1 drugs and are now behind bars awaiting a court appearance.
