Fortino Alvarez-Luna Convicted of trafficking marijuana

Convicted Fortino Alvarez-Luna of trafficking marijuana in a large smuggling operation in Hamilton.Prosecutors say an investigation by Texas state police led to Alvarez-Luna in West Chester township.Police raided his home in December and say they found 30-pounds of marijuana being broken down into packages for sale.A 10-month-old infant was also found inside the home.
