Christopher Dunworth, 22, was arrested at 206 N.E. Plymouth Circle on suspicion of unlawful possession of marijuana, first-degree theft, delivery of marijuana and delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.Portland police initiated a two-day investigation after receiving an unspecified tip, according to an Oregon State Police press release. The investigation was handed over to the OSP Drug Enforcement Section, which brought in Corvallis police and Benton County Sheriff’s deputies to serve the Corvallis search warrant at about 8 p.m. Thursday.Police found the marijuana, the shotgun (which had been reported stolen), $1,500 in cash and evidence related to the distribution of marijuana, OSP spokesman Lt. Gregg Hastings said. The street value of the marijuana was estimated at $10,000.Hastings said the investigation was not related to the Feb. 22 arrest of Joeseph Page, 37, who was arrested after police reportedly discovered 30 founds of dried marijuana inside his Corvallis home.Dunworth is being held at the Benton County Jail in lieu of $45,000 bail.
