Scott Gregory Hodgkiss appeared before district judge Roger Ede sitting at Eastbourne on Friday morning. He is charged with selling a medicinal product which is not on the general sales list of pharmaceutical products and conspiracy to sell the product. The charges relate to a drug called Kamagra.
Thirty-seven-year-old Hodgkiss, of Aylesbury Road in Stoke-on-Trent, was released on bail and will appear at Lewes Crown Court in April. He was released on conditional bail.
