Jillian R. Schweitzer, 18, of Stevens, she was in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Officers obtained a search warrant for the vehicle. The search team found heroin and more drug paraphernalia, police said.
Schweitzer was charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
