Elbert Briggs, 30-year-old male from Niles, allegedly selling crack cocaine.
The investigation concluded Thursday, Feb. 7, around 3 p.m. when the Niles City Special Response Team served a search warrant at 134 Huron St., where Briggs lives.
Evidence recovered from the house included 15.5 grams of crack cocaine Street value of $450, 1 gram of marijuana, scales and $2,289 cash. A vehicle was also seized under the civil forfeiture act.
Briggs was arrested for possession of crack cocaine with the intent to deliver, maintaining a drug house and possession of marijuana.
