Ronald Etheridge Jr., 30, and Angelina Marie Remillard, 27, for more than a month – leading up to the arrests.
Investigators pulled the pair over near the Fred Meyer at Franklin and Orchard at 1 p.m. Wednesday – and began a search of the car. They found a pound of marijuana worth about $4,400 on the street.
Police then searched an apartment at 1187 N. Liberty #802 – and found another two ounces of marijuana, scales, packaging materials and other paraphernalia.
Etheridge is charged with trafficking a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance – felony charges. Remillard is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, also a felony.
