Robert Anthony Delvillar was sentenced in federal court for new convictions of distribution of crack cocaine and being a felon in possession of firearms.
The U.S. Attorney's offices says Delvillar sold five firearms and distributed more than 50 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant.
When doing so, Delvillar was on supervised release for a prior felon-in-possession of a firearm conviction. A judge gave him an additional 20 months for violating terms of his supervised release on top of the 110-month sentence.
