Heather Wentworth, 29, of Dover, and Dana Butler, 33, of Dover, were both released on conditions last Tuesday.
Wentworth is accused of heroin possession, a charge that could mean imprisonment for up to a year, a fine of $2,000, or both if she's found guilty.
