Bolivians were arrested for smuggling coca paste
Bolivians were arrested for smuggling coca paste into Sao Paulo where they refined it into cocaine and shipped it directly to Rocinha (favela) in Rio. They found 80 kilos of cocaine in the lab they had set up.
