Mazzuchi, Brendan Flory, 18, and Allissa Hovik, 19, were arrested on drug charges when authorities searched Mazzuchi's Flat Rock Trace residence, the release states.
Christopher Nicolosi, 19, and Anthony Mazzuchi, 21,were connected to drug-related activity, according to the release.
Nicolosi was later found at 10 Anchorage Point on Hilton Head, allegedly carrying a handgun, the release states.
Officers seized marijuana, prescription drugs and other narcotics, scales, three handguns, a long gun and $1,880 in U.S. currency, according to the release.
Flory and Hovik were both charged with simple possession of marijuana. Mazzuchi was charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute a narcotic.
Nicolosi was charged with:
Three counts of sale and distribution of marijuana.
Unlawful carrying of a firearm.
Two counts of possession of a firearm by a person under 21.
Possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.
Possession of a stolen firearm.
