The three arrested for trafficking cocaine were Zeferi Hernandez-Gonzalez, 40, Felipe Candido-Anastcio, 35, and Jose Luis Jimenez-Rojas, 25.
Hernandez-Gonzalez also faces a charge of sale and distribution of cocaine.
In another case, Immigration Customs Enforcement told the task force that a package containing cocaine was en route to Beaufort.
Police intercepted the package and on Friday undercover police delivered the package, with a return address of Georgetown, Guyana, to Shequana Milton, 21, at 255 Storyteller Road on St. Helena Island.
