Anthony Bacon, Lisa Wilson
Anthony Bacon, 51, and Lisa Wilson, 45, of Buckingham, are facing charges of criminal conspiracy to possess cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a crack pipe in Bacon's back pocket, according to a police criminal complaint document.
